These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gameszone ("gameszone," "we," "our," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gameszone.onl and any associated domains or mobile-optimised subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

• Single Account: You may only hold one player account on the gameszone Platform. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

gameszone reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued Philippine identification such as a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or the PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

To access real-money games and financial services on the gameszone Platform, you must register a player account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, accurate, and complete at the time of registration.

• You must provide a valid email address or Philippine mobile number that you own and control, a chosen password meeting gameszone's security requirements, and accurate personal identification information including your full legal name and date of birth.
• You are prohibited from registering using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. Accounts registered with incorrect identity information may be closed without prior notice and any balance therein may be withheld pending investigation.

gameszone is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before processing withdrawals. Players are required to submit valid government-issued identification and, where required, proof of address and payment method ownership. KYC documents are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission during business days. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

All financial transactions on the gameszone Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). gameszone does not impose currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. • The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your gameszone wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes.
• gameszone does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your name and matching your verified KYC information. Third-party deposits may be reversed and the relevant account flagged for investigation.
• gameszone reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider limitations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) banking day.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable.

• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute differently towards wagering requirement completion. • Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders that alert them when a specified duration of gaming has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a period of their choosing. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended and no marketing communications are sent.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gameszone Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud gameszone or other players, including through the use of stolen payment instruments, chargebacks, false identity documents, or manipulation of game software.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one player account on the gameszone Platform, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk play, coordinated activity with other accounts, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the Platform.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players in live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of gameszone.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of laundering funds or concealing the proceeds of any criminal activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

gameszone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its reasonable discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of stolen funds.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.
• Sustained account inactivity, subject to the dormant account policy as further described in these Terms.

You may request the closure of your gameszone account at any time by contacting gameszone customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and standard processing timelines.

An account that has not had any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. gameszone reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine consumer protection regulations. Players will be notified before any such fees are applied. Any remaining balance in a dormant account may be reclaimed by the account holder upon successful identity verification.

All content on the gameszone Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, data, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of gameszone or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you any license or right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of gameszone. The gameszone name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to scrape, extract, or systematically download Platform data or game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gameszone, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or pure economic loss.

gameszone's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your gameszone account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• gameszone does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• gameszone is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on any game strategy, betting system, or third-party gaming advice.
• gameszone is not responsible for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, device failures, power outages, or acts of government.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gameszone's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by gameszone's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

gameszone reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where emergency amendments are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case they take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and your use of the gameszone Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

gameszone operates under the authority and oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR provides a formal regulatory dispute mechanism for players who have been unable to resolve a complaint directly with gameszone. Players with unresolved complaints may escalate to PAGCOR through official channels as published on PAGCOR's official regulatory communications.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

These Terms, together with the gameszone Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms communicated to you at the time of accepting a bonus or entering a tournament, constitute the entire agreement between you and gameszone with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
